Our dedicated in-house team of experienced land surveyors, can produce a detailed topographical survey of any site.

Topographical surveys are a comprehensive plan showing all site features, both natural and manmade, along with levels and boundary details. This type of survey is often needed before redevelopment of a piece of land or commencement of any groundwork.

Every survey we carry out, can be customised to meet your individual requirements. We provide many different specialist land surveys, and if in doubt, it’s always best to speak to us first about your requirements. One of our team will be happy to help.

As Survey Hub’s standard spec we include detail such as; ridge and eaves heights, positions of surrounding properties, tree positions and heights – and roads directly adjacent to the site as standard. Basic manhole information can also be recorded on request and where possible, we may also be able to record drainage invert levels and the direction of flow.

Our surveyors use the latest robotic Total Stations alongside modern GPS receivers and all drawings are supplied to Ordnance Survey datum as standard at no extra fee. Surveys can also be inserted into Ordnance Survey data so that the site is shown in context with its surroundings.

All survey processing is undertaken by our skilled in-house team and by the surveyor that visited your site. We use specialist software called N4ce to produce the process the survey data and AutoCAD to produce the final accurate and detailed plans. Completed drawings can be supplied in various formats but will be issued to you as standard in both 2D and 3D DWG formats along with an easier to view PDF. Paper hardcopies can be supplied upon request.
