Floor Plans
Ranging from a simple sketch plan suitable for marketing, to a full-measured survey to be used by an architect for a scheme re-design, we are proud of our range of quality floor plans.
Which floor plan do I need?
2D Sketch Plan
Basic affordable plans for marketing and space planning.
These are not to scale, but are a good representation of any buildings’ layout.
2D sketch plans are a useful and inexpensive option, great for boosting the marketing appeal of a property – commercial, domestic, lease or purchase.
3D Sketch Plan
Similar to our 2D sketch plans, but modelled in 3D for maximum visual impact.
These indicative plans are a popular upgrade to our standard marketing plans.
Land Registry Compliant Plan
These are scale plans produced by a qualified surveyor, and adhere to the Land Registry’s strict standards. These plans are often required when either registering a new lease with the Land Registry, or when a new boundary needs to be established for the purpose of a sale.
They will display an Ordnance Survey extract and are perfect for making a ‘change of use’ planning application.
Measured Floor Plans
A highly-accurate scale plan produced in CAD which can include as much, or as little detail as required.
You can upgrade these plans to include elevations, cross-sections and full 3D models. Measured floor plans are essential for any major building works, re-development, planning applications and effective asset portfolio management.
NIA (Net Internal Area) and GIA (Gross Internal Area) can be calculated using our full measured floor plans.
