We will contact all the major utilities companies, both national and local, on your behalf to request plans of the assets they have that run through or near a particular site or property.

Desktop searches (sometimes referred to as STATS) are highly recommended when undertaking an underground utilities survey, they can also be ordered in isolation to help inform any decisions that need to be made regarding connections to services or due diligence before undertaking a ground investigation.

Our entry level desktop search includes the asset plans from BT, Gas, Electric, Water & Sewer
