Survey Hub was appointed by Visionary Partners to deliver a comprehensive topographical survey, including detailed floorplans and elevations. The objective was to provide accurate, high-quality survey data to support the next stages of design and development. 

Every project begins with a thorough site walk. This initial visit allowed our team to assess site conditions, identify any potential challenges, and determine the most suitable locations for establishing site control. This early planning ensures efficiency and accuracy throughout the survey process. Once the site was assessed, we installed a dedicated control network and recorded these points using our GNSS receiver. This enabled us to reference all captured data to an Ordnance Survey grid, ensuring positional accuracy and seamless integration with wider project datasets. With the control network in place, our surveyors completed the on-site data capture using a Leica TS16 total station. This equipment allowed us to gather precise measurements across the site, including external features as well as internal floorplans and elevations. 

Following completion of the fieldwork, our team returned to the office to process the data. Using Survey Hub’s in-house workflows, drawings were produced in both 2D and 3D formats as standard. This flexible output enables clients to utilise the information across a range of platforms and software packages, including Revit. The final deliverables provided Visionary Partners with accurate, reliable survey data, supporting informed design decisions and helping move the project forward with confidence.
