We have been involved in the British Waterways Castle Wharf project in Nottingham over a number of years and it has been a pleasured to see this inner city regeneration scheme of a Grade 2 Listed Building along the canal come to fruition. The scheme is now complete and apartments available for rent at this iconic waterside location.

The Survey Hub team provided a range of specialist surveying services, including:

Using advanced laser scanning and surveying technology, we captured accurate data across the site and produced a detailed Revit model, providing a reliable digital representation of the existing building.

One of the key challenges was maintaining accurate traverse control throughout the multi-level building. It was essential that survey data remained consistent and correctly controlled across every level.

We also ensured that the topographic and measured survey data were aligned to the same coordinate system. This allowed the datasets to integrate accurately and provided a consistent foundation for the Revit model.

The project ran smoothly from start to finish, with careful attention given to survey control, data accuracy and coordination.

A key highlight was the delivery of a highly accurate and detailed Revit model, providing the client with reliable digital information to support the project throughout its development.
