Our client, Troup Bywaters and Anders LLP, required detailed and accurate survey information to support ongoing development and maintenance works across the Homerton Hospital estate.

We also completed detailed measured building surveys were undertaken to accurately record existing structures and layouts. Alongside underground utility information; collected to help identify existing services and reduce the risk of service strikes during future construction activities. Using specialist crawler camera systems, our team conducted CCTV drainage inspections to assess drainage routes and identify any defects, blockages, or maintenance requirements. The resulting drainage information supported asset management and future planning works across the hospital estate.
